The staff were excellent from the moment of check-in to check-out. They were welcoming, efficient, informative and attentive. The room was large and bathroom spacious. The hotel had a pool with sun loungers on the roof-a welcome break after sight seeing in Granada. We also booked breakfast which had an extensive choice of both hot and cold dishes and was an excellent way to start our day The location was within walking distance of the centre of Granada and we arrived via the metro from the main bus station. The Recogidas station was only five minutes walk away from the hotel. Some shops and restaurants nearby but we chose other districts for our evening meal.

The room was extremely clean and a good size . The bathroom was also very clean and a good size. The reception staff were very efficient and helpful. All in all a very nice value for money hotel in a good location.

Lovely, friendly staff at the hotel. Nice welcome. Room was small but clean. Cold water in the fridge was a nice welcome especially as it was a hot day. Hotel kept our luggage in a safe room which was helpful when we went out for the day after checking out.

Cleanliness of the hotel and room. Nice and helpful staff. Good quality food for breakfast. Nice rooftop with a small swimming pool to sunbathe and refresh from the sunny Granada. Great value for money. Good position close to the city center.

Good location - 10 minute walk from the centre, 25 minutes to the Alhambra. Room was spotless and cleaned and tidied every day. Staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast - very well stocked.
